The Shoney's on Little Rock Road in west Charlotte has scored three "B" grades just this year.
The restaurant scored low in April, July, and now this week.
On its most recent health inspection on Nov. 6, the restaurant was cited for foods stored at unsafe temperatures and dirty dishes.
Shoney's scored an 86. It's the seventh "B" grade in the last two years for the restaurant.
It has since been re-inspected and the grade improved to 99.5.
