Carlisle Companies Inc., a Charlotte-based manufacturer of construction and aerospace supplies, has appointed a new chief financial officer, officials announced Wednesday.
Steven Ford, who joined the company in 1995 as vice president, general counsel and secretary, will take over the role of vice president and CFO Nov. 1. He will also oversee the company's legal matters.
Current CFO Carol Lowe has been named president of Trail King Industries Inc., Carlisle's specialty heavy-haul trailer manufacturer.
Lowe joined Carlisle in 2002 as treasurer and has been in the vice president and CFO role since 2004.
