Residents of west Charlotte will get their turn tonight to meet with Charlotte-Mecklenburg's new police chief.
Chief Rodney Monroe will hold a public meeting for residents and business representatives from the department's Freedom Division, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Mulberry Baptist Church, 6450 Tuckaseegee Road.
Monroe has been holding these meetings across the police department's coverage area.
The public is welcome to listen to the chief and ask questions.
