Charlotte firefighters are battling a blaze early this afternoon at a condominium community near SouthPark.
Fire Capt. Mark Basnight said crews reported heavy smoke coming from a fire about 12:15 p.m. in the 2200 block of Rexford Road. That is near Roxborough Parkway Drive, between Morrison Drive and Colony Road.
At 1:10 p.m., crews were still at the scene.
