A Lincoln County teen has been charged with first-degree rape involving a 14-year-old girl.
The sheriff's office said Casey William Gantt, 18, of Vale, turned himself in Thursday night at the Lincoln County magistrate's office and was released on $15,000 bond.
Detectives say the victim was a family acquaintance.
