June Atkinson, North Carolina's Superintendent of Public Instruction, will speak to Charlotte's Uptown Democratic Forum Wednesday at noon.
She'll speak at the group's luncheon at Levine Museum of the New South, 200 E. 7th St. Lunch is $10.
