Pineville police are looking for a suspect or suspects in connection with a major theft Tuesday evening from a jewelry store at the Carolina Place Mall.
Police Lt. Corey Copley says $6,000 worth of merchandise was taken about 8:35 p.m. from the Zales Jewelry Store in the mall.
There were no injuries.
Police say they have gotten video surveillance footage that might help solve the crime and plan to distribute it to the media, in hopes of catching the suspects.
