Ants and roaches caused trouble for one local restaurant this week and that's just the beginning.
At Don Carlos Bar and Restaurant on Nations Ford Road, inspectors found dead ants inside the freezer and glasses with buildup.
They also found roaches in the kitchen and dining room.
The inspection reported noted that there was no cleaning sanitizer at the bar, and inspectors found mold in the ice machine.
Don Carlos scored an 87.5. We checked through three years of inspection reports and found that this is the bar's first "B" grade.
China Bistro on East Fourth Street also scored an 87.5. Inspectors noted that the restaurant had dirty shelves, tables and microwaves.
China Bistro cleaned up and scored 96.5 on re-inspection.
