Teens arrested for string of break-ins

Two teenagers were arrested in connection with a string of break-ins at a Rock Hill pharmacy.

Brandon Bean, 17, of Clover and Jonathan Moore, 18, of Charlotte were charged with burglary, malicious damage to property, grand larceny and criminal conspiracy.

Surveillance video from three break-ins last month at Good Pharmacy on Ebenezer Road show someone smashed windows to enter the building, then stole cash and dozens of bottles of prescription drugs, mostly pain killers.

Physical evidence found on the scene also shows that Bean and Moore were connected to the burglaries, said Rock Hill Police Lt. Brad Redfearn, but he couldn't go into detail. Moore was charged with burglary in all three incidents, while Bean was only charged with two counts of burglary.

Police believe one other person may be involved, Redfearn said. All three incidents at the pharmacy are still under investigation.
