2 church seminars aimed at keeping job seekers motivated

Sometimes all it takes is a little motivation to keep you moving forward in your job search.

That's the idea behind two free seminars this week designed to give Charlotte area job seekers a mental boost. Both are hosted by local churches but are open to anyone looking for work.

The first puts together a panel of employment experts. With a combined 50 years between them, this group will look at topics ranging from job search techniques and strategies, to networking and interviewing.

The second event looks at the emotions of job searching. The panelists here will talk about coping with job loss, restoring a positive sense of well-being and staying hopeful and encouraged.
