Existing home sales data released by the
National Association of Realtors.
Tuesday
Two closely watched home price barometers will be released: the
S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index, which will show whether Charlotte will log a third straight month with declining home prices or bounce back into positive territory; and the second quarter home price index from the
Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, or OFHEO. In the first quarter, Charlotte still showed a gain.
The
Commerce Department reports new-home sales data.
The
Conference Board releases its monthly survey of consumer confidence.
