MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Lisa Kelly, a former actress on the once popular "That 70s Show," was arrested Monday after an alleged domestic assault incident in Mooresville.
Kelly, 42, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. outside a home located at 133 Citation Drive. Kelly was charged with misdemeanor assault after reportedly fighting with her husband.
Kelly starred as Topher Grace's sister on the popular show. It's her second arrest in 2012 after being charged with corporal injury upon a spouse in Los Angeles, according to multiple reports.
She entered a guilty plea to a DUI charge in November 2010 in North Carolina as well.
Kelly was replaced after five seasons on the sitcom, which aired on Fox and starred Ashton Kutcher.
Her husband, Robert Joseph Gilliam, 61, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female. Both were being held without bond at the Iredell County Jail.
