11 a.m.-3 p.m. (also 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday). Historic Rosedale Plantation, 3427 N. Tryon St. $6. www.historicrosedale.org.
Re-enactors will transport visitors back to April 1865, when the war had just ended and Charlotte was full of soldiers, transients, prisoners of war and refugees. Add a house tour for $2.
Note: This story originally listed the ‘101 Inventions That Changed the World’ exhibit at Discovery Place. But the science museum will be closed Sunday because of the Easter holiday.
