The Fig Tree Restaurant
The Fig Tree Restaurant (1601 E. 7th St.) will host its second annual Charity Pancake Breakfast to benefit the Assistance League of Charlotte from 9 a.m.-noon on Dec. 3. Donate a new coat for kids ages 5-15 or make a $10 minimum donation. On the menu: pancakes, eggs, sausage, orange juice and coffee. The Metropolitan (1111 Metropolitan Ave.) will host Holiday Vines and Bites from 6-8 p.m. on Dec. 3 along with Dressler’s Restaurant, Pizzeria Omaggio and Vivace Charlotte. Holiday on the Rooftop will run at City Lights at Le Meridien Charlotte (555 S. McDowell St.) on Thursday nights from 4 p.m.-midnight Dec. 2-24. Planned are winter craft cocktail offerings including a ginger infused rum hot toddy and adult hot chocolate with Bailey’s, special menu offerings and s’mores to share.
