Expect performances from Harris, Alan Cumming, Sutton Foster, Fantasia, Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle, Idina Menzel and Sting.

Miss USA (8pm, NBC) - In a perfect world, the Tony Awards would have no trouble soundly beating out its NBC competition. But we get the world we deserve, and this show has women in swimsuits.
