The Divide (9pm, WEtv) - Tonight is just the second episode of this promising new legal-crime series, which follows a young lawyer working with the Innocence Initiative and searching for truth about a man she believes was wrongly convicted of a brutal murder in Philadelphia. (If you missed last week’s 2-hour series debut, it airs tonight at 7 p.m.) Tonight, Christine finds it difficult to concentrate on the upcoming bar exam because she’s so preoccupied with the Butler case. Meanwhile, Adam decides to remove any doubts he may have about Terry’s guilt by confirming Jenny Butler’s eyewitness ID.

Also on tonight . . .

My Wild Affair (8pm, UNC-TV) - The “The Ape Who Went to College” episode is a look at an orangutan that was raised as a human and learned sign language.

SoundClash (9pm, VH1) - Fall Out Boy, T.I. and London Grammar are featured in the premiere of this concert series centering on three music acts performing on the same stage at the same time.

Extant (9pm, CBS) - Molly considers telling John about her (alien?) pregnancy, after he confronts her about her distant behavior. Meanwhile, some parents become suspicious of (robot?) Ethan when he attends school for the first time.

The Bridge (10 p.m., FX) - Sonya and Marco make an unsettling discovery while tracking Eleanor. Later, Eva and Linder are reunited.

Motive (10pm, ABC) - Flynn and Vega investigate a kitchen explosion at a popular diner that resulted in the owner’s death. Meanwhile, Flynn decides whether she will testify for Sgt. Cross, and tells Vega the truth about their past.
