Saul Goodman is soul of 'Breaking Bad' spinoff

'Better Call Saul' is AMC's spinoff of the hit 'Breaking Bad', featuring Bob Odenkirk as the lawyer to Walter White and his band of meth dealers.
AMC released a short trailer for the show over the weekend, which ends with a premier date of February 2015.
Odenkirk told IGN that the spinoff could be either a prequel to the 'Breaking Bad' series or could pick up with Saul's life after Walter.
"Well, I’ve talked to Vince [Gilligan] and Peter [Gould], who are writing and creating the series, about this and I’ve said that a lot of people do want to see what happens to next to Saul," Odenkirk told IGN. "They’ve also talked to me about a mix of prequel and sequel."
Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have not announced whether they will be appearing in the new show.
