The Story of Frozen: Making a Disney Animated Classic (8pm, ABC) - Gather your young for this behind-the-scenes look at “Frozen,” the Academy Award winner for Best Animated Feature, which includes interviews with voice-cast members Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel. The special also includes interviews with the creative team who adapted the Hans Christian Andersen story “The Snow Queen,” and visits to the actual villages and landscapes that inspired the fictional kingdom of Arendelle.
The Fidel Castro Tapes (9pm, UNC-TV) - A profile of former Cuban leader Fidel Castro that relies on media reports, rarely seen clips and footage from the Cuban archives to chart his life, including his rise to power in the late 1950s and his decision in 2008 to cede power to his brother Raul.
Yukon Men (9pm, Discovery) - A staple food source is banned by the government in the Season 3 premiere.
Drunk History (10:30pm, Comedy Central) - Tonight’s stories focus on First Ladies: a White House marriage in 1886 makes Frances Cleveland the youngest First Lady in U.S. history; Edith Wilson assumes new duties after Woodrow Wilson’s stroke; and Dolley Madison saves important artifacts from certain destruction.
