Al Jefferson had 21 points and 14 rebounds for the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday, but the Portland Trail Blazers rallied from an 11-point halftime deficit to beat the Hornets 105-97.

The Hornets got back P.J. Hairston, who had missed the previous four games with a sprained right ankle. However Gary Neal couldn’t play due to a left shoulder sprain.

LaMarcus Aldridge vs. Marvin Williams/Cody Zeller: Aldridge had 25 points and 14 rebounds in the Blazers’ 23-point comeback to beat the Hornets in Portland. That game was won on Blazers second-chance points and Aldridge was central to that.

The Charlotte Hornets have lost 11 of 15 games this season, tying them for 12th among 15 Eastern Conference teams.
