Top law enforcement officials from Lancaster and Chester counties, along with state drug agents, announced 37 drug indictments at a news conference today.
Lancaster County Sheriff Barry Faile said Thursday morning that he, Chester County Sheriff Alex Underwood, Lancaster Police Chief Harlean Howard and others held a press conference at 1 p.m. to provide details on the indictments issued by a state grand jury.
The roundup is the second based in Lancaster County in the past year. In January, Lancaster police seized more than a half-kilogram of cocaine and a dozen guns when officers arrested 61 people on more than 100 drug charges after a yearlong sting.
Check back for more details after the 1 p.m. news conference.
