"Pint for a Night":
The Community Blood Center of the Carolinas is hosting a two-month campaign called "Pint for a Night" to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte. Robert Kushner: Flora Dreams:
Jerald Melberg Gallery presents Flora Dreams, an exhibition of paintings and works on paper by Robert Kushner. Kushner emerged on the American art scene in the early 1970s and quickly became known for his richly textured and opulent paintings. Since the late 1980s his artistic focus has been centered around flowers and plant forms.
