A jury in Catawba County has found a coach accused of sex crimes against students not guilty on all charges.
Shawn Johnson faced nine separate charges, including statutory rape and indecent liberties with a minor.
Johnson was a boys' basketball coach at Hickory High School.
He was accused of telling one student he wanted to "kiss her all over," the judge said. Court documents show Johnson was also accused of having sexual intercourse with a student.
The alleged crimes took place between 2002 and 2012, the judge said.
Johnson pleaded not guilty to all charges. He did not testify in his own defense.
