Harry James Heath who was reported missing Tuesday, was found unharmed, police say.
Reportedly, Heath was seen earlier, at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 4200 block of W.T. Harris Boulevard near the Plaza.
Police started searching for Heath, who they say is elderly and disabled, since Tuesday.
He is believed to suffer from dementia or another cognitive impairment.

Heath went missing from an assisted living facility on North Sharon Amity Road and was seen Monday on foot walking towards Shamrock Drive.
Heath used to live in the area of Redman Road and Albemarle Road.
Officials say Heath was taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution and checked out by medical personnel.
