I'm rarely tempted by Starbucks' specialty drinks – blame an unfortunate experience several years ago that involved green tea, whipped cream and pomegranate syrup. But put crispy sea salt and caramel on whipped cream and I'm there. With two changes: Make mine with extra salt (there's a little sugar in the sprinkles, too), and leave the lid off. Sipped through the little hole in a plastic top, it all just melts together, spoiling the effect. In fact, if you hand me a spoon, I could skip the hot chocolate all together.
