Bake some bread with Peter Reinhart
Peter Reinhart, the prolific cookbook author and chef-instructor at Johnson & Wales University, will teach a class at Sur La Table on his new book, “Bread Revolution: World-Class Baking With Sprouted and Whole Grains, Heirloom Flours, and Fresh Techniques.” The book is on baking with sprouted-grain flours, included sprouted beans. Q-City barbecue winners
