The Rural Health Integration team from the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury will provide five weeks of free MOVE! Weight Management classes from 10 a.m. to noon beginning April 15 at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2433, 124 N. Indian Trail, Indian Trail. Participants will learn about nutrition, behavior modification, exercise and more. Those who meet their weekly goal will receive a prize. Classes are open to all veterans currently using VA health care and those possessing a DD-214 and a valid photo ID. Additional details: 800-469-8262, ext. 4958.
