Whether you're in town or off on vacation, finding an exercise class just got a little easier. peerFit is a new group fitness mobile application that features gyms and classes in Charlotte and throughout the country.

Research shows that people who attend group fitness classes are more likely to be satisfied with and stick to their workout routine. With this free app, users get access to more thank 300,000 classes at 28,000 gyms nationwide.

Great for moms on the go, the peerFit platform offers class bookings, digital triggers and easily-accessible fitness information on-the-go, including text-message reminders and calendar integration. The website and the app provide local fitness information including fitness class locations (no matter the gym, studio or fitness center), times, intensity levels and reviews.

“People today are busy, and finding group fitness classes can be time-consuming,” peerFit President Ed Buckley said. “Why shouldn’t you be able to pull up your gym’s schedule and schedule the perfect fitness class in your calendar straight from your phone? peerFit users spend less time searching for classes and more time participating in them.”

For more information and to download the app, go to peerFit.com. Then put on your workout clothes, lace up your shoes, and hit the gym!
