Would you like to update your home without spending a fortune?
These days as a result of the slow housing market, more people are staying in the house they currently live in, rather than moving, and are choosing to update and freshen their property.
You may not know about a fabulous resource here in Charlotte that can help you create a fabulous home makeover for very little money.
It is the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
According to their website, A ReStore is a store that accepts donations of new and gently construction and home related items from individuals and businesses in the community, and sells those items to the public at a reduced cost, usually 50-70 percent of the original retail value. They sell everything from cabinets to furniture to teacups at the ReStore!
All proceeds from the stores go toward building Habitat homes with the local Habitat affiliate.
Charlotte has 2 ReStore locations, one at 1133 N Wendover Rd and the other at 3326 Wilkinson Blvd.
