Shaking it up for a swank New Year’s soiree? The latest artisanal cocktail mixes come with a local twist.

Charlotte mixologist-meets-entrepreneur Victoria Evans recently launched her all natural Happy Hour Cocktail Mixers in bold flavors like Tropical Passion and Margarita. “The most versatile one we offer is the Asian Pear Ginger,” says Evans, who has more than seven years experience as a bartender. “If you like vodkas and rums and your friend likes bourbons and whiskies, it’s great to mix with both.” You’ll find the mixes, which are made with unrefined sweeteners and exotic fruit, behind the bar at upscale spots like Dilworth’s Bonterra Restaurant or Uptown’s Dunhill Hotel.
