Brews and bar food have long been Plaza Midwood staples. But the newest addition to the collection, Pint Central, is adding a South American fusion twist to the neighborhood’s typical beer-centric eatery. The Central Avenue spot offers a menu pairing Argentinian-influenced tapas and entrees with a curated list of more than 100 local and craft beers. Pint Central was launched by brothers Mario and Carlos Flynn, Argentinian natives who have called the U.S. home for more than 20 years with Mario working in local spots like Aroojis Wine Bar. Scheduled to open this month, the casual spot features two patios with uptown views sure to be neighborhood favorites once warm weather arrives.www.pint-central.com
