Museum stages Egyptian Night

The S.C. State Museum’s “Tutankhamun: Return of the King” has proven so popular that the run for the touring exhibit has been extended to June 1. And May 16, you can see it in the wee hours during “Egyptian Night at the Museum.” The sleepover (6:30 p.m. Friday-8 a.m. Saturday) includes special after-hours access. Young campers need to bring a sleeping bag, pillow and overnight bag, be at least 5 years old and be accompanied by an adult. Tickets: $25 each. Space is limited; the deadline is May 14. To order: 803-898-4999. John Bordsen
