Coca-Cola Bottling reports Q4 earnings

Charlotte-based Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated reported Wednesday that it earned $31.4 million for fiscal year 2014, up from $27.7 million a year ago.

For the fourth quarter of 2014, the company reported net income of $3 million, compared to a net loss of $4.6 million during the same period a year ago.

The bottler employs about 6,500 workers in 11 states.
