Polymer Group Inc. has revamped its Web site and unveiled a new logo to give customers more information about the company and showcase its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, company officials said Tuesday.
The Charlotte-based engineered materials company, which will now be known as PGI, added more comprehensive information on its hygiene, medical, wipes and industrial products to its Web site, www.polymergroupinc.com.
The site also includes customer success stories and insight into how the company develops its technologies and products. Among the new features: the Innovation Lab, an interactive tool for customers to match the best PGI solution to their needs, and an online customer satisfaction survey, where customers can submit feedback to senior management.
PGI also launched a new logo Tuesday, meant to represent the company's commitment to becoming a more market-driven, customer-focused company, officials said.
PGI is a global, technology-driven developer, producer and marketer of engineered materials with 3,200 employees and 18 manufacturing facilities in eight countries.
