Theory House, a retail marketing and branding agency, said this week that it has closed on the purchase of a new headquarters building at Park and Seneca roads.
Theory House plans to relocate its 10-person office to the 4,800 square-foot building in December, after renovations.
“We recognize that the Park Road corridor has tremendous potential,” said Jim Cusson, president of Theory House. “We are excited to join companies like Grubb Properties and Levine Properties investing in the area and we look forward to adding to the improvements fueling growth in this part of Charlotte.”
Real estate records show the company paid $800,000 to acquire the building from Professional Resource Option Inc. Scott Wilson and Henri Gresset with Childress Klein represented Theory House, while John Stipp with Office Properties represented the seller.
Theory House works with retailers to develop branding and marketing plans. The company’s clients have included Food Lion, Office Depot, The Fresh Market and Bojangle’s.
