Power was restored about 6:15 a.m. Wednesday in the North Graham Street area, near West Sugar Creek Road. North Graham was closed during much of the repair work, but was reopened at 6:30 a.m.
The outage was the result of a car crash that happened around 1:40 a.m., reports the Observer’s news partner, WBTV.
By 5:40 a.m., around 3,022 homes in the area were without power.
