Rock Hill police charged a Charlotte man with having sexual encounters with a 15-year-old girl at a motel over several months.
The encounters included sex acts and nude photos of the girl, police said.
Christopher Clyburn, 34, is in York County jail without bond on charges of sexual exploitation and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, jail and police records show.
The incidents at a Riverview Road motel go back to October 2016, said Capt. Mark Bollinger, spokesman for the Rock Hill Police Department.
A complaint was reported to police in April.
Detectives on Monday charged Clyburn after an investigation of several weeks, Bollinger said.
Arrest warrants for Clyburn obtained by The Herald show allegations of “sexual battery on multiple occasions and dates.”
Police recovered naked and partially naked pictures of the victim, as well as other sexually explicit photos, arrest warrants state.
