Mooresville officials have lifted the boil-water advisory in the Iredell County town.

After a water main break Monday, residents were advised early Tuesday to boil water before using it to prepare food, or to wash hands, wash dishes or brush their teeth.

Officials said Wednesday that laboratory tests from the town’s water treatment plant show the water supply contains no harmful bacteria. Observer Staff Reports
