Traffic is slow in downtown Fort Mill, S.C., after a truck-train collision Thursday morning.
There were no reports of injuries in the crash, at a crossing on Spratt Street at South Main Street. Motorists are being urged to avoid that area until midday. At 9:30 a.m., authorities were starting the process of moving the truck.
Otherwise, the problems at 9:45 a.m. were mostly on Interstate 77. A wreck was reported on southbound I-77 in Huntersville and on northbound I-77 near the state line.
And inbound U.S. 74 in Indian Trail is very slow because of construction.
