Citizens academy: The City of Concord Communications, Fire and Life Safety, and Police Departments will host the Citizen Public Safety Academy. This course will allow citizens to learn about Concord's public safety departments, meet the staff and help evaluate the services. The 10-week academy will run Feb.14-April 18.
