When is bouncing off the walls a good thing?

The Lake Norman YMCA hosts Middle School Madness, with an emphasis on madness, on the second Friday of each month. The celebration of tweeners lets the kids enjoy the freedoms of playing pick-up basketball, grooving to dance music, and, yes, bouncing off the walls, with the help of dangling P.E. class-style ropes, in the recreation facility’s gymnastics center.
