The towns of Davidson, Cornelius PARC and Huntersville Parks and Recreation Departments have teamed up to offer a variety of Therapeutic Recreation Programs. Therapeutic Recreation uses treatment, leisure education and recreation participation to help people with illnesses, disabilities and other conditions. Financial assistance is available to Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville residents.
Dance and movement: This class is based on the Brain Dance theory, which incorporates exercises that stimulate the body through movement.
