A child care center is coming to the southwest corner of Providence Road West and Marvin Road. The city of Charlotte recently approved a rezoning petition to allow a 13,000-square-foot center that would serve up to 191 children.

RMB Properties of Concord will develop a day care center and up to 31 townhomes at the southwest corner of Brown Grier Road and Sandy Porter Road. City of Charlotte officials recently approved the project.
