Feeling crazy: The Ardrey Kell Fine Arts department presents "Crazy for You," Feb. 23-25, 7 p.m. in the Ardrey Kell auditorium.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students.

Tickets are available at www.carolinatix.org or at the door. The musical features music by George Gershwin. The cast is made up of 50 of Ardrey Kell's drama students.

Acting classes: The OnCamera Acting Class will be offered in March and April for senior adults and children. All classes will be at the Elon Recreation Center, 11401 Ardrey Kell Road. Classes for seniors will be 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m., March 1-April 5. The children's classes will be 4-5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, March 6-April 3. Cost is $75 for adults and $90 for children. Ballantyne

Orchestra concert: The Ballantyne Chamber Orchestra will present its next concert at South Mecklenburg Presbyterian Church at 4 p.m. March 4. Featured will be Emily Chatham, who has performed with the Carolina Chamber Players. Tickets will be available at the door; $15 general admission, $12 students.

Exercise classes: The Dance Academy of Ballantyne offers Zumba classes each Monday at 7 p.m. The academy is at 11318 N. Community House Road on the second floor. Details: 704-706-5733.

Matthews

Home Depot: In recognition of Black History Month, Home Depot at 1837 Matthews Township Parkway will host special exhibits 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Feb. 25. Displays will be set up throughout the store. Crestdale resident Harvey Boyd and the Rev. Larry Whitley, of Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, will answer questions about local African-American history. A display by local photographer Greg McMurray will feature famous African-American politicians, activists, entertainers, and others from 1973-1990. Mount Moriah's choir will perform at noon.
