“The Wrong Side of Murder Creek:” Bob Zellner will give a free presentation at 7 p.m. Feb. 5 in the Student Union Multipurpose Room HI. Zellner, raised in Alabama with a father and grandfather who were active in the Ku Klux Klan, became an unlikely civil rights activist. Zellner helped organize the Freedom Rides of 1961 and is regarded today as one of the most influential white Southerners of the civil rights movement.
Niners hoops: The women’s basketball team plays Duquesne University from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 3 and Temple University from 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 6.
