Police on Thursday arrested a 22-year-old Mooresville man who had evaded capture since Monday’s shooting of a man in a business parking lot. Shortly before 5 p.m., police found gunshot victim Theodore Maurice Ford, 27, of Mooresville in the parking lot of a Food Lion. Police determined the shooting happened in the nearby parking lot of another business.
