A New London man has been charged in connection with an alleged larceny case dating back to November, according to the Stanly County Sheriff’s Office.

Adam Tinger IV, 24, was arrested Thursday, deputies said.

Investigators said the larceny took place in November but wasn’t reported until Jan. 10. Deputies said they were able to link the thefts to Tinger.

He has been charged with felony larceny, obtaining property by false pretenses, and misdemeanor larceny. He was jailed under $10,000 bond, with a first court date set for March 10.
