Jatravian Arkelle Robinson, 18, was arrested and charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

At 12:30 a.m. Friday, police were dispatched to the 1700 block of West Boulevard in reference to an armed robbery. Police said the victim told them he was outside his home when two armed suspects approached, pointed a firearm at him and demanded money.
