Area law enforcement agencies have expanded a billboard campaign in hopes of finding a missing Hope Mills teen.

The Charlotte Division of the FBI and Hope Mills police are searching for 15-year-old Danielle Locklear, who officials say left her home in the Fox Meadow/Brook Ridge subdivisions on March 11 and did not return.

Officials describe Locklear as approximately 5’1” and between 150 and 160 pounds. The Southview High School student is biracial and has black hair and green eyes, according to authorities.

Lamar Advertising in Elizabethtown and the Fayetteville Police Department have donated billboard space in six locations throughout the area.

Anyone with information on Locklear’s whereabouts should contact Hope Mills police at 910-425-4103 or FBI Charlotte at 704-672-6100.
