Gastonia police seek counterfeiting suspect

Police say the man gave a clerk a phony $50 bill to pay for groceries at the Sav A Lot food store, 814 West Franklin Blvd.

Police are asking the public’s help in identifying a man who allegedly passed counterfeit money last month at a store.

Police say the man gave a clerk a phony $50 bill to pay for groceries at the Sav A Lot food store, 814 West Franklin Blvd.
