Police: Shots fired after machete-wielding woman seen in Rock Hill neighborhood

Three women allegedly witnesses to and possibly targets of a shooting in a Rock Hill neighborhood Tuesday night told police they saw a woman run outside with a machete and instruct her children to go inside their house, turn off the lights and take cover because her boyfriend would be by soon to “handle the problem.” Then, shots were fired, police say.
